Plotter knives for cutting plotters

Plotter knives for cutting plotters are consumables and are used in various designs. Depending on the angle of the blade, these knives are suitable for cutting thicker or thinner colored self-adhesive film, sandblasting film, flex, flock or sublimation flock. Common angles of the blade are 30°,45°, 60° or 72°. With the correctly adjusted blade offset, the tested correct contact pressure and the appropriate plotting speed, fine details can be cut out precisely. At DATAPLOT you will find knives of the manufacturers Roland and Summa as well as our own brand EMBLEM for all common cutting plotter manufacturers. The EMBLEM knives are of course 100% compatible and fit into the corresponding original knife holders of the plotter manufacturers. Depending on the requirements different knives are used in the cutting plotter - depending on the material.
